Something that everyone should spend time focusing on in retirement is health – as we get older, some health problems can become more problematic, and ensuring that we are in good health means that we can enjoy our retirement and not be hampered by health conditions. Of course, sometimes things will happen, but if you take care of your body, you will be much less likely to experience poor health throughout retirement.
