Too many clothes rammed into your bedroom wardrobes and closets?  Most home owners have experienced the difficulties in finding an outfit to wear for the day when their closets are overflowing with clothes, half of which they never wear anymore!  The easiest way to resolve this common problem is to start by taking everything out of the wardrobe and separating individual garments into piles of the same things.

Don’t rush this exercise, give yourself plenty of time, try things on and make sure clothes still fit.  Be ruthless, put any good items that don’t fit or you would no longer wear into a Charity bag and bin anything else that’s worn out. Make sure you keep a selection of practical, multi-purpose items that can be used for casual outfits or smarter occasions. Shirts, blouses, trousers, skirts, Aran Sweaters and cardigans. Any nice accessories such as scarves, hats, gloves and belts can be used to make the same outfit look very different when worn in a quirky way.

There are a few individual items that are an absolute must for any wardrobe; an Aran Sweater or cardigan, a pair of jeans, casual comfy slacks or skirt, a smart dress shirt or blouse, a quality polo shirt, a pair of smart trousers or skirt and a few carefully chosen scarves, hats, gloves and belts. Once you’ve achieved this task you will have a wardrobe easy to access and be able to find the right outfit for any occasion.
